Classes
This work is best suited to people who are comfortable with introspection. In order for this work to be effective, the individual must be willing to spend time and effort analyzing his or her thoughts and feelings. Such self analysis can be confronting and difficult for some, but it is a great way to learn more about how internal states impact outward behaviour and health. These classes are also well suited for people looking for a mind-body medicine treatment program that does not involve pharmacological medication. One of the greatest benefits of kinesiology is that it helps people develop coping skills that can be useful both now and in the future. Classes are for anyone wanting to learn about mindfulness, meditation and how to improve their life through self awareness.
There are three components to Peter’s classes:
1. Kinesiology & Muscle Testing
Each class begins with learning how to do kinesiology muscle testing (also known as ‘finger dowsing’) to ‘body-talk’, and tap into the intuitive and unconscious mind. The class then has the opportunity to practice muscle testing and use kinesiology in many practical, easy and fun ways .In every class, a general concept will emerge and Peter O’Neill will share his insights and demonstrate his kinesiology system and healing techniques on his students. This work is all about getting epiphanies about life, unlocking past patterns and thoughts and focusing on new positive outcomes to create a life of love, contentment and balance.
2. Peter O’Neill’s Kinesiology System
You will be provided with a manual and chart and time is allocated in every class to practice using Peter’s kinesiology system on yourself or other class members. Students are under Peter’s supervision and training and he is available to answer questions during the classes. 3. Meditation & Stretch Out the Stress
Peter often ends the class with a good stretch out the stress program and teach his style of mindful meditation. Peter starts with guided tour into a heightened state of conscious ‘sense’ awareness and relaxed breath control. Within just a few classes you will be able to achieve a state of relaxation and focus in just seconds as you practice and get the knack of this technique.
These small group classes are also a great way to meet like minded people who are on the path of conscious awareness.
